These terms govern your use of koderna.com. They cover the website only. Any engagement between your company and Koderna s.r.o. is governed by a separate written contract, and nothing on this site forms part of one.

What this site is

A description of the services Koderna s.r.o. offers and of systems it has delivered. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment on price, scope or timeline.

Figures, case studies and the calculator

• Figures cited in the case studies describe systems actually delivered. Screens shown on the site are representative renderings, not screenshots of client environments, and client identities are withheld or generalised.
• The rent-versus-build calculator is an illustration. Its build figure is a representative model, not a quotation for your company, and its output should not be used as the basis for a financial decision. The Software Cost & Exit Audit exists precisely because a real number requires real measurement.
• Where a third party's product or company name appears, it is used for identification only. All trademarks belong to their owners, and their mention implies no partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text and code of this website belong to Koderna s.r.o. You may read it, print it, and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a contractual relationship or oblige us to take on your project. We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry. Please do not send confidential information through the form before an NDA is in place — write and ask, and we will arrange one.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care that it is accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by Czech law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the website's content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
